Pay policies
You can view our Teacher Pay Policy on our policies page. There are no school employees at Brockton C of E Primary School who have a gross annual salary of £100,000 or more.
Governance and oversight
Our school’s finances are overseen by the Business Management Committee, a subgroup of the full governing board. The committee is chaired by a qualified chartered accountant and meets at least once each term to review the school’s budget, monitor income and expenditure, and ensure that resources are used efficiently to support pupils’ learning. This process provides robust financial oversight and helps ensure the school delivers value for money
