If you have a concern or are unhappy about any aspect of school life, we encourage you to speak to your child’s class teacher or a member of staff as soon as possible so that we can resolve the matter quickly and informally. If you still feel that your concern has not been addressed, you can follow our formal complaints procedure, which is available or as a paper copy from the school office.
